🍕Join us next Wednesday, July 15th from 11am-7pm for another Coyote Spirit Dinner at Our Little Pizza Place for the most delicious pizza, and support Elbow Creek! OLPP is now offering baked pizzas in addition to their take n bakes so grab some for lunch or dinner! Or both 😉

A portion of the proceeds go back to our school so be sure to mention Elbow Creek PTO at checkout!

Our next Coyote Spirit dinner is next Wednesday, June 17th from 4pm-8pm at Quesadilla Gorilla and Scoops Ice Cream in The Mix in Downtown Visalia - 215 W Main St.

Proceeds go back to the school so tell your friends and family and be sure to use code ECF online or at checkout.

Enjoy a night off from cooking all while supporting our Coyotes!

Mr Thompkins, It’s hard to put into words how much you’ve meant to our school community.

Thank you for the countless hours, the unwavering support, the listening ear, and the genuine care you’ve shown to every student, staff member, and family. Your leadership has helped make our school a place where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow.

While we are sad to see you go, we are incredibly grateful for the impact you’ve made and the memories you’ve helped create. Your presence will be deeply missed, but the positive influence you’ve had on our school will remain for years to come.

On behalf of the students, families, teachers, and staff, thank you for everything. We wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter.

Home Sweet Home 🇺🇸 We welcomed our staff back to the USA with an All-American lunch to celebrate their return. We can’t thank our teachers enough for all that they do for our kids and hope they had a memorable week traveling the world with Coyote Airlines ✈️
