Matt Cattivera states the mission of VA Home Buyer Workshop which is to help veterans, active duty military, military spouses, and surviving spouses understand & use their VA Mortgage Loan to create stability, time independence; build a legacy, and honor their service by using the VA benefits that they have earned.

Matt Cattivera is a lender with loanDepot who was ranked as the best 2026 VA loan lender. Matt has been in the mortgage business for over a decade and he loves helping veterans understand and use their amazing home loan benefit.

Lis Mazza is a realtor and she enjoys helping VA eligible home buyers. She believes there is no better tool than the VA loan benefit to invest in real estate and she is a real estate investor herself.

The VA Home Buyer Workshop does in person VA home buyer workshops in the Central Valley, California in partnership with local college veterans services groups & local veterans organizations.
