John Gonzales Artistic Director/ Choreographer It is Mr. The result is a celebration of life and the rich cultural heritage of Mexico.

Gonzales Dance Academy is a performing arts organization that focuses on the use of dance to preserve and promote the cultural and traditions of the Mexican heritage. G.D.A endeavors to retain the historical significance of each dance, while at the same time highlighting them with energy and the splendor of movement, color and music. Gonzales' creative spirit that allows the excitement and magic of true folklorico surface through his dancers.

💃🎶 What a fun experience for our Vikings!

As part of our College & Career Week, we were excited to welcome Mr. G, a Folklórico teacher, as one of our guest speakers! He shared his passion for Folklórico and gave our students the opportunity to get up, move, and experience some of the dancing themselves. 🇲🇽✨

Judging by the smiles, laughter, and moves in this video, they had an AMAZING time! 💚💛

A huge thank you to Mr. G for sharing his career, culture, and love of dance with our students! 👏

Gonzales Dance Academy offers an ADULT BEGINNER’S CLASS for ALL AGES who have ever wanted to experience Folklorico in learning dance steps, movement, partnership, faldeo, music, and choreography all at a slow pace!!!
