We don't get to do this without you.

The one-minute reset we use on the mat:

1. Stand. Feet under you.
2. Ten slow counted breaths.
3. Name the one next thing in a full sentence.

Clears the fog faster than another coffee.

Save this if your child shrinks in new rooms.

Three ways to build real confidence — not the fake kind:

1. Let them do hard things and struggle a little. Easy wins build nothing.
2. Praise the effort, not the talent: "You kept going."
3. Give them one place they're known by name.
