Kayliegh Fernandez kayliegh fernandez is an absolute monster! At just 16 years old, she won Double gold medals at JJWL Jiu Jitsu World League in Stockton this past weekend in the female adult blue belt gi division, and the female adult blue/purple No Gi divisions.

18 years ago in June Elite Team Visalia opened up in a small location, with 900 sq. ft of mats,no lights,no coolers....The goal was to teach jiu jitsu and create world class jiu jitsu athletes in an environment that was open and welcoming to anyone who wanted to train. We brought structure and discipline to our training style,inspired by our Judo roots. Now,in 2026, 18 years later,we are in a modern, air conditioned building, nearly 4000 sq. ft of mats,jiu jitsu and judo classes all day....morning until late evenings,and 10 affiliate academies spread across California and the U.S.

Our 2026 IBJJF World Jiu Jitsu Championship Juvenile blue belt team..zeke Ezekiel Bayardo, Aiden Talavera and Zander Sabroe have all worked hard to gain rankings points in the IBJJF series to get better seedings at the World championships in 2 weeks. The only jiu jitsu academy in Visalia sending athletes to the world championship.
