Exeter Gem and Mineral Show. Located at the Exeter Memorial Building. If you have time and are in the area, feel free to stop by and look at the many beautiful cuts of stone that your local artists create. Admission and parking is free and prices are reasonable.

Sunday night and getting ready for classes. Prep work to make sure I have all the tools needed for stained glass. Grinder, glass cutter, card stock and pencils. Check. Band-aids. Check. Headphones and music to help me ignore lazy, talkative students. Check. Its going to be a great week.

Finally had time to finish building a 3rd book shelf today. Hopefully I will be able to find my floor again, as long as there are no more book sales in the next few weeks.

It is sad when a 15 second demo video on glass is more informative then the actual instructional lesson they are selling. And it answered one of my most nagging questions about forming the piece.

Just to keep My Godai Guru's (Yes, that is what I am calling my followers) informed. I have acquired a 4 foot tall oxygen tank so I can begin flameworking in the studio as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who helped to find me this tank. As my work progresses, I will have a much larger one in my sights in the near future. Thank you again and keep watching for things to come.

Posted Earlier: I need your help, I am looking for an oxygen tank that you or someone you know no longer needs. Even if it has to be re-certified. I am longing to get this glass studio going and only have a few more hurdles stalling me. Please let me know if you can help.

I have not been able to play on the torch in a while but feel my skills are progressing. These turned out much better then my past successes and took me less time to produce. So all in all a great day. Also had fun learning to draw Celtic Knots today while at Artworks. Thanks again everyone who attended.
