We are excited to welcome our summer intern, Andrea, to the True North HealthWorks team! 🎉

Andrea is currently attending UCLA and pursuing her goal of becoming a Physician Assistant (PA). Throughout the summer, she’ll spend time across all three of our departments, supporting projects and gaining hands-on experience along the way.

During her time with us, Andrea will explore the full journey of healthcare and medical careers- from inspiring interest at a young age through education and career development, to supporting professionals in everyday practice.

We’re excited to have her perspective, energy, and enthusiasm as we continue to grow and expand our impact. Welcome to the team, Andrea! ✨

True North HealthWorks recently had the opportunity to volunteer with Dry Creek Nursery of the Sequoia Riverlands Trust!

Dry Creek Nursery is located at the entrance of the Dry Creek Nature Preserve and houses a variety of local plants available for the public to purchase. The team at the Nursery had a large project that was too big for their small team- we were happy to help.

In efforts to create new irrigation systems throughout the nursery, our TNHW team lined up to safely transport plants back and forth as well as moving tables where they needed to be for the new structure. Throughout the process, there was laughter, conversations, and team collaboration.

With everyone’s contribution, we were able to complete the project in just a few hours. We are fortunate and thankful for opportunities like this to give back to our community in new ways.
