🎃 Volunteers Needed — Bayside Elementary Trunk or Treat (This Thursday)! 🎃

Bayside Elementary’s annual Trunk or Treat is happening this Thursday, and we need your help to make it a fun and safe event for everyone!

We’re looking for volunteers to:
• Help direct traffic in the parking lot
• Assist with set-up and decorations
• Keep everything running smoothly as families arrive

🕒 Arrival Time: Around 3:00 PM for setup and traffic coordination
📍 Location: Bayside Elementary School
🎉 Event: Trunk or Treat — Thursday

Even if you can only stay for setup or part of the event, your help makes a big difference!

This month we’ll be finalizing Trunk or Treat, reviewing the budget, and kicking off plans for the Winter Bazaar Committee!

We need your ideas, creativity, and helping hands to make these events a success — come be part of the fun!

🎃👻 Trunk or Treat – Title I & PTA Event! 👻🎃

Join us on October 23 from 4:30–5:45 PM for an afternoon of learning, fun, and candy! 🍬✨
Our instructional specialists are teaming up with the local library to bring exciting activities for the kids. Wear your costumes, bring your families, and enjoy a memorable evening!

We’re also looking for volunteers to decorate trunks and for candy donations to make this event extra special for our students. Every bit of support helps!

You can also drop off candy during parent pickup or with Ms. Tina during the school day. Our kiddos will be SO thankful! 💜🧡
