Parish Day School Parish Day School of Eastern Shore Chapel is a warm and loving Christian child development program All staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA.

We are committed to providing the highest quality learning environment which is evident through our National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC, www.naeyc.org) accreditation, Department of Social Services (DSS.virginia.gov) license and our Star Rating. We are one of very few preschools regionally that has earned a 4-star quality rating with the Virginia Star Quality Initiative (VSQI, smartbeginnings.org). We believe young children learn best through play, and we are committed to a curriculum and enrichments that encourage and support children to explore the world around them and discover themselves. Parish Day School is where children come to spread their wings and fly!pds-small-logo-butfly-003.jpg Our faculty members are well-trained in early child care and education. Each year we have a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education in early childhood education. Our staff members are very highly qualified with degrees ranging from associates to mastered degrees in education and various subjects.

It’s official! Our space camp is so much fun!! 🪐🔭We are exploring the stars and planets while soaking in these last few weeks of summer…and what a summer we have had with water play, playground activities, morning rally songs (and dancing), and all the while making new friends.
