Do not attempt Cough CPR. A common myth is that you can survive a heart attack alone by coughing in a particular manner. This probably won't work, and worse still, attempting this technique may put you in more danger. Attempting this procedure on your own can cause you to accidentally work against the rhythm of your heart and make it harder to get oxygen into your blood rather than easier.
You will hyperventilate during this attempt to cough yourself away from a heart attack and you become unconscious and may even pass away,
Please do not do this,call 911 call your someone close like a next door neighbor to help you and keep calm and care for you if CPR is needed, Waite for emergency medical personnel to arrive to help you.
I have been in the EMS service for 15 years and teaching CPR for 20 years and still teaching.
Please do not listen to the people that tell you this, you will have a better chance of living by taking an 84 milligram asprin and call 911 (please consult your DR for more information) I’m just an EMT and a American Heart Association CPR instructor.

I did a thing today, went out to the trailer and added the swing out cook top stove for my outside kitchen, built the stand for it. Bring on the warm weather for camping I’m ready.
