Ferox Jiu-Jitsu

Jaxon is moving on to the next chapter! After a couple months training with us here at Ferox Jiu-Jitsu, he is California bound. It was great having you on the mats and we are going to miss you around here. Safe travels and you will always be part of the Ferox family no matter where life takes you.

Sydney has left the building! Technically she left for Peru first because why go straight home when you can squeeze in an adventure on the way out. After a few months training and doing a competition with us she is off on her side quest before heading overseas. It was a blast having you here. Enjoy Peru, stay safe, and know you always have a home on our mats!

Safe travels to Mike. He is off to San Diego and will continue his training out there. He has been an awesome addition to our gym and the best training partner to pretty much every one he rolled with.

Show up. Train hard. Get better. Repeat.

Jiu-Jitsu has a way of bringing the best people together. Come check us out, class is tonight at 6:30.

Adrian, thank you for being such a big part of Ferox Jiu-Jitsu.

You have represented our gym the right way from day one, both in competition and in the training room. Your work ethic, attitude, and the way you carry yourself have set a strong example for the people around you. You have truly embodied the values of our team, and we are grateful for everything you have brought to the gym.

While we are sad to see you both go, we are excited for this next chapter. We wish you and Amanda safe travels to Jacksonville, Florida and nothing but success as you settle into your next duty station.

You will always be part of the Ferox Jiu-Jitsu family.

Two of our athletes got on the podium this weekend and we are so proud!

Jaden took 1st place🥇going 3 for 3, with two submission wins over athletes from some great gyms in our area. Shoutout to those gyms for putting out tough competitors.

Sydney stepped up BIG for her first tournament. She was bumped up from beginner to intermediate and competed hard against experienced grapplers. That took real courage and we could not be more proud. 3rd place🥉and just getting started!

We are always welcoming new people at Ferox Jiu-Jitsu in Virginia Beach. No experience needed, just the will to show up.
