FELLAS] Wanna A Happier Wife?.. I’m talking emotionally knuckleheads! :)

You can be like the next best thing to shoes HAHAHA….. but you need to know the answers to at least 3 of these 4 questions and how to use them.

Now listen…. DON’T go asking her for the answers and DON’T assume you know them. Learn them! It may take some time to figure these out but it’ll be worth it.

-What’s her second best way to relax?
-Are there days at work(or any place) that’s normally harder on her?
-How many days can she come home without having anything to do?
-What are something things she hates doing but needs to do?

Notice these ?s are not about “how to make her “happier” They’re about learning things that may stress her out so you can relieve some of the pressure she deals with.

Get this right and she’ll be on the way to smiles and giggles. And you’ll be the “he’s so thoughtful” guy to her friends. CHA CHING!! brownie points adding up! lol

Seriously though.. sometimes all you need to live a happier life is to know the enemy of your happiness so you can defeat it.

PS. Yes, ladies you can do this too, I called out the fellas for a reason:)

Don't Let Them Get You Angry!

Lose your temper quick? Do you fly off the handle at the slightest thing? Here is a simple tip that may help you keep calm.

Two things happens when you get angry; something didn’t go the way you like AND it made you feel a certain way. (disrespected, insignificant, wrongly treated. etc)

How angry we become depends on how significant the difference between how things are and how we feel things should be. or how strongly we believe our way is right or how strongly we feel another way is wrong.

When dealing with other people behaviors regarding their lives, there are no wrong or rights, ONLY preferences.

If other people behaviors anger you. one way to eliminate the anger is learn to truly respect and appreciate we are all different.

The deeper we understand this and stronger we believe it the less anger becomes an issue.

Ps. Now… it’s a different story when someone does something to you. :) We’ll talk about how to handle that anger next time.
