In the complex world of special education laws, rights and responsibilities, I listen to your concerns and to the specific needs of your special child. As a former Special Education Director (District Administration for twenty+ years), I advise parents on services available in the public schools for students with disabilities, set realistic expectations for annual goals, and make relevant recommendations.
