Mrs. Laz’s Nutrition & Strength Training class wrapped up the semester last week in the best way possible—by cooking together!
Students selected their own recipes, calculated macronutrients, shopped for ingredients, and then brought it all together in the kitchen to prepare their meals.
From planning to plating, they got hands-on experience with healthy eating and nutrition in a way they said made this one of their favorite classes of the year.
