Free Perception Audit
Have you ever felt capable of more… yet somehow invisible?
You do the work. You show up. You deliver.
But when opportunities arise — your name isn’t mentioned.
That’s not about competence.
That’s the Perception Gap — the silent space between who you are… and how you’re seen by leadership.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been helping high-potential professionals pinpoint:
How they’re currently perceived
What cues may be quietly limiting advancement
One shift that could elevate promotability immediately
I’m offering a few Free Perception Audits —
20 minutes. No pressure. Just clarity.
If you’ve ever thought:
“I know I’m capable of more… but I’m not sure leadership sees it yet”
…this may be the conversation that changes your trajectory.

“Too Much” Is Only “Too Much” for the Wrong Room
If your confidence, style, or voice has ever been labeled as too much, it’s usually because you’re surrounded by people who’ve normalized playing small.
✨ Reframe it: You’re not too loud — you’re too awake.Be intentional, not apologetic. Learn to modulate, not minimize.

“When Your Brand Gains Weight Before You Do”
Owning your image at every size.
Let’s talk about something most people won’t say out loud — but I will.
I’ve been just about every size you can imagine. Small. Medium. “Snatched.” And yes… pleasantly plump. I’ve worked with trainers, done the diets, juiced, keto’d, cleansed, and even tried those “miracle” injections and magic pills that promised to transform me overnight (spoiler alert: they didn’t).
But here’s the truth I’ve learned after all the ups and downs — confidence isn’t a size, but consistency is.
As someone whose image is part of my profession — whether I’m standing on a stage speaking, coaching a client, or behind the salon chair — how I show up matters. My image is a reflection of my message. And trust me, there have been days when the scale and I were definitely not on speaking terms. But I don’t get to hide until I feel “ready.” Opportunity doesn’t wait until your jeans fit right. When the spotlight comes on, there’s no option to say, “Can we reschedule until I lose five pounds?”
I’ve had to show up bloated, puffy, or just plain uncomfortable — still smiling through the quiet voice that whispered, “You’re not ready for this.” And for a long time, I believed that lie. Until one day, I realized something powerful: waiting for perfection was costing me purpose.
People weren’t drawn to me because I looked perfect — they were drawn to me because I was present. Real. Relatable. Confident enough to show up as I was, not as I thought I had to be.
That realization changed everything. I stopped dressing just for my body and started dressing for my energy. When I felt unsure, I’d pull out something bold — a color that made me feel alive. When I needed grounding, I’d reach for structure — a sharp jacket, a crisp shirt. But no matter what size I was, my goal became the same: to project the confidence I wanted to feel, even when I didn’t fully feel it yet.
Here’s what I’ve learned (and maybe it’ll hit home for you too):
* Confidence isn’t measured in pounds — it’s projected through presence.
* Your brand will evolve, but your essence remains the same. Don’t let a number on a tag mute your brilliance.
* Dress for your energy, not your insecurity. If your spirit feels low, wear something that lifts it higher.
* Show up anyway. Because the moment you think you’re “not ready” might be the exact moment someone needs your light the most.
Whether you’re battling the bulge or basking in your best self — own it. Every curve, every chapter, every change. Because when you do, your brand doesn’t just gain weight… it gains depth.
You were never meant to shrink to fit in — you were meant to expand and stand out.

🌱 EVOLVE: Because You Were Never Meant to Stay the Same
If you’ve followed my journey for a while, you’ve probably seen my evolution firsthand. I started behind the salon chair — scissors in one hand, a makeup brush in the other — helping women look and feel beautiful on the outside. But as I grew, something in me knew there was more.
I wasn’t just transforming appearances… I was transforming confidence, presence, and self-belief.
That realization became the spark that led me from hairstylist → makeup artist → image coach → personal branding strategist — and now, a guide helping professionals and leaders embody their brilliance through The P.O.I.S.E.™ Method: Perception, Optimization, Identity, Strategy, and Ex*****on.
Each chapter of my evolution required something scary — change.
It meant leaving behind what was comfortable, taking risks, and starting over more than once. But each pivot brought me closer to alignment, impact, and authenticity.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
✨ You are allowed to outgrow versions of yourself.
✨ You are allowed to dream bigger, even if it means beginning again.
✨ You are not obligated to stay who you were just because others are comfortable with that version.
Evolution is not failure — it’s faith in motion.
So, my friend…
Where do you dare to evolve next?
If you’re ready to redefine how you show up and elevate your brand from the inside out, I’d love to help you do it with The P.O.I.S.E.™ Method. Let’s evolve together.

After my presentation at a recent conference, a woman came up to me.
I expected a question about my talk.
Instead, she asked:
“Do you like my outfit?”
I paused. Then told her honestly:
“It’s… nice.”
Then I asked,
“Do you like your outfit?”
She teared up.
“I hate it,” she said.
“It’s not me at all. But I have to dress like this to be taken seriously where I work.”
We ended up talking for 30 minutes.
She told me how she’d been shrinking herself for years — hiding her personality, creativity, and voice — to fit in. To be “seen,” “respected,” “received.”
Now, she’s a client.
And our work is simple:
Unravel the belief that she has to tone down who she is to succeed.
Because when you strip away your truth to fit in someone else’s box, you also strip away the power you were hired to bring.
That power?
That’s what makes people notice.
That’s what earns trust.
That’s what gets results.
Are you bold enough to own your image — even when it makes others uncomfortable?
Stop shrinking. Start standing out.
