Today, the president’s ban on transgender service members goes into effect. This policy is pointless and cruel. It will only upend the lives of thousands of transgender Americans serving in the armed forces and their families, while doing absolutely nothing for our country’s security. We stand in solidarity with transgender troops and their families!
