Today, Kempsville Middle School staff, NJHS members, and students joined our School Resource Officer, Officer Lawson, for a special remembrance walk to the 4th Precinct in honor of September 11th.
As part of this meaningful tribute, our students presented the officers of the 4th Precinct with a special poster signed by our student body a simple but heartfelt way to show our school’s respect, gratitude, and support for those who serve and protect our community each day.
September 11th reminds us of the importance of courage, service, unity, and coming together as a community. We are proud of our Braves for taking the time to honor the lives lost, recognize those who serve, and show their appreciation for our local first responders.
Today and always, we remember.
