We are proud to announce the newest members of the Alumni Council, beginning July 1. This group brings experience across customer success, banking, mental health counseling, medical sales, and graduate research, and represents alumni living in Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio. FUJIFILM Americas announced that Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the premier biotechnology advocacy organization representing biotech companies, industry leaders, and state biotech associations in the United States and more than 35 countries across the globe, has welcomed Fujifilm’s Crystal Fry-Vanuch ‘05 as a newly elected member of its Board of Directors for the 2026-2030 term.
Fry-Vanuch serves as Head of Government Affairs for FUJIFILM Americas. Prior to joining Fujifilm in 2023, Fry-Vanuch spent more than 20 years in the biopharmaceutical industry and developed significant expertise in the specialized field of government affairs for global pharmaceutical companies.
“The invitation to join BIO’s board is a tremendous honor,” said Fry-Vanuch. “Fujifilm’s deepening involvement in BIO reflects our commitment to the success of the entire biotech sector. This is an opportunity to work alongside the top leaders in our field during a dynamic time in the industry, and to contribute to policy building and advocacy that is shaping the next era of biotech.”
