Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and communities forever changed by that day.
We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the military families who carried the weight of service, and the everyday heroes who offered courage, compassion, and care when our nation needed it most.
Twenty-five years later, we remember the resilience and unity that followed. May we continue to live out the values that strengthen our communities: courage, discipline, service, compassion, and standing up for one another.
To our Virginia Beach and Chesapeake families, and to all who serve and protect: we remember, we honor, and we are grateful.
May we never forget. 🕯️
