Last week, the Learn With Me Academy Leadership Team had the privilege of attending the Ready Region Southeastern Virginia Kickoff Event!

It was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with fellow early childhood directors and educational leaders from across our region, share ideas, and strengthen our commitment to providing high-quality early education.

One of the biggest highlights was gaining valuable insight into the CLASS Program & their dimensions, equipping our leadership team with new strategies to support teacher development and enhance classroom interactions.

We are excited to bring these new trainings, tools, and best practices back to our schools as we prepare for an amazing upcoming school year. The future is bright at LWMA, and we’re committed to growing so our teachers and students can thrive!

📚✨ We had an amazing time celebrating Read Across America Day at Learn With Me Academy!

Our students enjoyed a special reading of Bears Make the Best Reading Buddies by Cameron Oliver, a heartwarming story about friendship and the joy of reading. 🐻📖

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with the City of Virginia Beach. Their employees and volunteers took time out of their day to visit our classrooms and read with our students, helping inspire a love for books and learning.

We were also honored to welcome a special guest, Mayor Bobby Dyer, who stopped by to share in the excitement of the day!

Moments like these remind us how powerful community partnerships can be in shaping young minds. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so meaningful for our students! 💙
