Our preschool is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Holistic Life School’s preschool program integrates mind/body practices to develop mindfulness, resilience and a passion for learning for peacemakers ages 3 to 5. We offer both full-time and part-time preschool classes, as well as before & after school care.

Our philosophy:

Mindfulness is the state of being attentive.

Meditation is used for exercise and training in attention. Meditation is an exercise that teaches you mindfulness and increases your ability to be attentive, present and aware. Meditation is a work-out, the brain is a gym. The more you engage in meditation, the more attentive, present and aware you will become.
