Bon voyage rolls for our friend from France, Sasha!!!! Sasha came to us as a foreign exchange student studying at Kempsville High School. He heard about us through some of the wrestlers at KHS. Came and tried a no gi class with some of these same guys and gals in this photo and he never stopped. He rode the bike his host family loaned him for his stay and he came every Thursday. The only times we didn’t see him was when it was super cold or if he had prior obligations. Safe travels back home my friend.!! It was a pleasure having you and thank you for being a solid training partner to the gang. 🤙🏼

Ladies ONLY please. Thank you. Tonight’s snippets of some of our favorite gals in gis (only missing a few)!! Our feral female fight club if you will. In between laughs, life talk, and lyrics by Khym, they manage to get alotta great training in. Love these ladies! 💞 This class meets every Friday at 5pm and every Saturday at 9am. COME TRAIN!

Thursday night no gi class!! Always a fun class for me to record….the original audio is hilarious..it would be hard for ppl to take us serious hearing the class’s original audio! 😂 I have to add in music to mute it all out. Too funny. But on that same token, they learn ALOT in this class, they make it fun, they’re family inside those walls, they train well together, they learn well together. It’s cool to watch.

Junior samurais’ Tuesday evening class! These 7-12yr old future champions meet for this class every Tuesday and Thursday on mat one.! Drills, reels, rolls, stripes and a belt up!!! CONGRATULATIONS to Juliana and Aria on getting doubled striped and congratulations to Elizabeth on getting promoted to yellow/black!!
