Deborah Shank Coaching My heart is to see women rise with confidence, courage, and conviction in this season. After years of ministry, we welcomed a much-needed sabbatical.

I am a Christian Life Coach, speaker, and encourager of women - especially those navigating midlife transitions and sensing that God is stirring something more. Throughout 4+ decades of ministry, I have coordinated and instructed numerous mentorship and coaching groups and individuals. I had the privilege to volunteer as a christian life coach with a non-profit group in our community for abused women. I also served in numerous leadership positions throughout our ministry career. We served 23 years at our last pastorate which included planting a church in 2017. It has been a season of rest, relaxation and an opportunity to refocus mentally, physically and spiritually. We currently reside in beautiful Virginia Beach with our son, daughter-in-law, four grandsons and our Chocolate Lab, Maggie Mae. God is leading us to additional ministry opportunities in this new season. We are anxious to serve and are available as guest speakers, consultants, pastoral counseling, marriage counseling, coaching and mentorship.
