My name is Donna Spear and I have been passionately working with children for over 25 years. I have experience working in the early childhood field as a teacher, mentor, curriculum specialist and director. While being with the children is my absolute favorite aspect of this profession, I also feel a huge calling and obligation to help other teachers, directors, and schools obtain excellence.
