Angelina and Harrison will be testing for their Blackbelts tomorrow. If you are not busy come out and watch and support them. They test will be held at VB Fight House from 10am until about 2 or 3pm. The address is 2424 Castleton Commerce Way. Angelina and Harrison have been with Mr. Craig for 8-9 years and have worked hard for this moment! Let’s all wish them the best of luck and come out and support if you can!

Successful introductory self defense course

This Saturday, come and bring a friend

Women's Self Defense class on September 14th from 10am-12pm. The cost is 30.00 per women! Please call Craig Smith, Jim Monaco or you can let me know!!!!

This week we are starting at our new location:
Back Bay Christian Academy Church 1212 Princess Anne Rd Va Beach.

Classes this week are Tue and Friday because of 4th of July.
Classes will always be scheduled Tue and Thu. 6pm-7pm.

We are still in the process of preparing our new location.

There will be no classes the remainder of the month we will begin our new location classes at the beginning of July.

We will send out a new schedule for the week of the Fourth of July and the remainder of July schedule soon.

Please be prepared to train on our new mats, heavy bags,
hanging bags kicking shields etc.. we have it all

New outside obstacle course and other outside activities we also have a larger room to training so stay up there for news to come
