You will sign up for a time to Meet and Greet classmates and your teacher on this day.
First day of School is September 14th!

We will need an up to date Shot record and a Health form completed by September 30th!
Appointments can book up in the Summer so we give you a little extra time!
I have forms here, but your pediatrician’s office will have them too!

Three things you will need for your child at the start of the school year!
1: A backpack large enough to fit a provided folder and a change of clothes.
2: A lunch box
3: A non spill drinking vessel.
