The Elizabeth River Chapter recently completed the 2025-26 Tutoring and Mentoring Program at the Chesapeake Center for Student Success. A special presentation by Officer Bray highlighted the importance of maintaining a professional appearance in the workplace and demonstrated cornrow hair styling techniques.
