Our Kindergartners are published authors!! We had the privilege of having our big friends read their book to the whole school! Our Kindergartners are out of this world!!!

2026 Easter Program and Art Stroll. “Searching the Galaxy” We have displayed well over 250 pieces of artwork that our kiddos created. The starfish painting was created by all of our kids as well as staff with the special help of Ms Brenda. Fun fact: A cluster of starfish are called a galaxy!

Our Kindergarten friends shared their penguin and polar bear projects with their families and the rest of the school. It was a fun science fair type experience for our kiddos.

Thankful Days at FAPK! Started off the week with our 1st annual “Macy’s” Thanksgiving Parade. Then our families joined us to make Lasagna for the Fort Story Soldiers. Finally ended the day with a short Thanksgiving Veggie Tale movie. 🦃Happy Thanksgiving to all! 🦃

💜 All of our friends are repping purple today for our Walk to End Alzheimer's 💜

Every month, we select one project as a school to give back to our community. This month's project hits close to home. Our first teacher at FAPK and our Director's mother, Patty Gonzalez was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's about 6 years ago. We are raising funds to support all who cannot remember.

We are so happy to announce that our chicks have hatched in kindergarten! We have 10 chicks in total! They are so adorable!!

We had a special visitor this morning for the kickoff of Community Helpers week! It was Bobby's dad from BOB FM! He spoke to the kids about the radio not only being a place to listen to music but to also get updates on weather alerts and the latest news! Bob recorded the children saying, "Turn Your K**b to BOB" and it will air on the radio on Tuesday February 21 at 9:00am! So, if you are available to listen it will be on BOB FM 93.7...so Turn Your K**b to BOB!

We hope you will consider donating cereal to our cereal drive! Please bring unopened boxes of cereal to the preschool throughout the month of February! On Tuesday, February 28th (before we donate all the cereal boxes) we will GO LIVE with a video to watch our "dominoes" fall! First Landing State Park Ranger Diego joined our children to expand on our lesson about hibernation! Thank you Ranger Diego for coming to our school! We loved getting to be Junior Rangers! It was a highlight getting to meet Henry and Rudy!

A note about our program: All children at FAPK participate in In-House field trips throughout the year. These special events are scheduled to enrich our lessons. Our Kindergarten students are able to participate in off premises field trips towards the end of the year.
