The dinosaurs are taking over the playground! Our Dino Discovery camp is a prehistoric adventure designed to spark curiosity and scientific wonder.
What’s on the agenda for our explorers?
🕵️♂️ Fossil excavations and "dig site" mysteries.
🌋 STEM-inspired activities that bring history to life.
🏃♂️ Dino-sized games across our open fields.
Because we keep our groups small, our teachers can really lean into the "Why?" and "How?" behind every discovery. It’s science, imagination, and a whole lot of stomping! 🦕

Ready to get a "bug’s eye view" of the world? 🐜🔍
Our first stop this summer: Bug Adventures (June 1–11)! Our Little Explorers (ages 3–6) will be busy hunting for critters, creating insect-themed crafts, and learning all about our pollinator friends.
✨ PLUS: We have a very special visit from "Bubbles, Bugs, and Butterflies" for an interactive science experience your kids will be talking about all week! 🦋🧼
With our 2-teacher teams, your little entomologist will have all the support they need to explore safely and curiously.

Not all explorers are small. Some are Paleontologists in Training. 🦴🔎
Think Dino Discovery is just for toddlers? At Charity Preschool, our older kids will be taking a deep dive into the prehistoric world with Master-Level STEM Challenges.
This isn’t just play; it’s science like:
🕵️♂️ Site Excavation: Using professional-style tools to unearth and identify specific dinosaur "bones."
📏 Tracks through Time: We’re using math to measure "stride length" across our fields—can you outrun a T-Rex?
🌋 Geology Lab: Investigating the "volcanic" events that shaped the earth through hands-on chemical reactions.
With our 2-teacher to small group ratio, these older campers get to lead their own "expeditions" and dive deeper into the why and how of the dinosaur era. 🦕

One of my favorite parts of being a Director in this community is the “unscripted” moments..
Today, while showing a new family around for summer camp, we got a surprise visit from a local wild turkey. It was the perfect punctuation mark to a conversation about why this environment is so special for children.
In a world that feels very “city” just a few miles away, I’m so grateful our kids get to grow up where the wild things are (and occasionally cross the street).
