Katie pours her heart into our school every single day. From PTA events to classroom support to stepping in wherever help is needed, she shows up with kindness, dedication, and a spirit that lifts our entire community.

We are so proud of her and so grateful for everything she does for our students, staff, and families.

This is YOUR PTA TEAM — the three‑person crew that shows up for every single event, stays late, works hard, laughs, complains a little, and still loves every moment of serving our school. We may be small in number, but we show up BIG, and we pour our whole hearts into making each event as memorable as possible for our students and families.

Some days we’re here for hours on hours… not because we have to, but because we want to. The smiles, the laughter, and the joy we see during each event make every bit of hard work completely worth it.

We also want to give a huge shout‑out to our PTA kids — the ones who help set up, clean up, plan, carry, run errands, and patiently survive our long conversations. You are truly amazing, and we couldn’t do this without you.

And to our incredible staff who show up for us at EVERY event — thank you. Your support never goes unnoticed. There are so many days we say, “We couldn’t have done this without them,” and we mean it every time.

We’ve got two more big moments ahead: Donuts with Dad and celebrating our 5th graders as they graduate. Then we officially wrap up this school year.

Thank you all for the love, support, and trust you give us. Our GRES family is something special.

What an absolutely beautiful morning at Muffins with Mom. This event was such a success, and it was all because of the incredible moms, grandmas, aunts, and amazing female figures who joined us.

We loved seeing the smiles, the hugs, and the special moments shared today. Your presence made the day truly meaningful.

As we head into the weekend, we hope each of you enjoys a wonderful Mother’s Day and are spoiled with all the love you deserve.

Today was history for our C**ts.
For the first time ever, our entire school came together at once—students, teachers, staff, all showing up in full house‑color spirit. Every child and every staff member received a shirt from the PTA, and seeing the field filled with red, yellow, green, and blue was nothing short of incredible.

So much fun.
So much pride.
So much unity.

This is what Green Run Elementary is all about.
This is ONE SCHOOL. FOUR HOUSES. ONE FAMILY.
