A former Cape Henry wrestler and two-time Virginia State Champion, Scott trained under Coach Rocco Mansueto and Coach Jack Effner—both of whom contributed quotes to the book’s dust jacket.

Virginia Beach-born country artist Ashley Anne ‘22 is coming home from Nashville to open her very first arena show at Patriotic Festival — and we couldn’t be more proud! 🤍🎶

Ashley will open for rising country star Zach Top on May 22 in a true full-circle moment years in the making.

“I grew up going to that festival,” Ashley shared. “My friends would go. I remember those venues and those were the ones that inspired me to do what I do now.”

Her blend of beach-town softness and classic country storytelling has become part of her signature sound — what she calls “coastal ease with emotionally sharp, story-forward songwriting.”

We were thrilled to welcome Colin Sharp ’19 and Andrew Branson ’16 back to campus! Now serving as assistant lacrosse coaches at Norfolk Christian, it was great to have them both back on the sidelines—right where they belong. 🥍🥍

Colin is now an Associate at Cerity Partners in Norfolk, and Andrew works as a Social Media Specialist at CoStar Group—making an impact both on and off the field.

Their team developed an impressive prototype called Halo Network—an off-grid emergency support system designed for individuals without access to modern infrastructure. Using a mesh network powered by LoRa technology, their innovation can even track users while offline through a phone’s internal sensors.

Alex Aspinwall ’09 is carrying on the legacy as CEO of Security Storage & Van Co. of Norfolk, a fourth-generation, family-owned Allied Van Lines agent proudly serving the Hampton Roads community since 1914.

A dedicated local leader, Alex continues to grow a business rooted in service and trust—helping families make life’s biggest transitions with care.

When he’s not keeping things moving across the region, Alex is busy at home with his wife and a proud father of two!

We were thrilled to welcome back Matt Audette ’92, his brother Allan Lindsey ’88, and their mother, Judy, to campus!

Matt returned to share his insights, experiences, and advice with our juniors and seniors leaving a lasting impression on our students. As President and CFO of LPL Financial, he brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective, and we are so grateful he took the time to give back.

Allan, who recently retired from Capital One, is looking forward to an exciting new chapter—becoming a grandfather!
