Yesterday we celebrated our 2026 8th grade class at graduation! We are so proud of all our graduates and everything they have accomplished over the years. We are wishing each of them the very best as they begin this exciting next chapter, along with many blessings for bright futures ahead!

Lots of exciting news to share from our championship track meet!🏅

- Girls middle school team placed 2nd
- Boys middle school team placed 3rd
- Girls elementary team placed 3rd
- Boys elementary team placed 5th

And a HUGE shoutout to Elijah Dalton, one of our 8th grade students, for breaking the school 1600m record with a time of 5:14. He placed 1st in the 1600m and 1st in the 800m! We are so proud of Elijah, and all of our hardworking student athletes! Congrats Stingrays!!🏆

Congratulations to our golf team for finishing in 1st place on Friday! 🏆⛳️ Their hard work paid off this season as they closed it out with a well-earned win. Way to go, boys!!

Huge congratulations to our Drone Team for an outstanding performance at the 2026 Aerial Drone Competition Regional Championship at Fairmont State University!! Our students earned a 4th place finish, showcasing exceptional teamwork, composure, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. We are so proud of the way they represented our school!

A special congratulations also goes out to Mrs. Caitlin Hayes, who received the Inspiration All Star Award for her incredible leadership, dedication, and support of our students!!

At yesterday’s track meet, our girls 4x100m relay team took 1st place, set a new school record, AND set a meet record with a time of 57.7!! Congratulations, girls!! Go Stingrays!🥇🥳

We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Acevedo, who will be joining SJA next year as our middle school math teacher! ✏️🍎

Mrs. Acevedo has over 14 years of experience teaching middle school math, and is thrilled to join this community and share her passion for math with her new students! She is a lifelong Catholic and a fluent Spanish speaker who enjoys gardening, sewing, and spending time with her husband, two children, and two cats. Welcome, Mrs. Acevedo!!
