Our Father’s Daycare
On July 9th, 2018 Christian Way Ministries was blessed to open Our Father's Daycare (O.F.D.), a faith-based child care program that's centered on creating a safe Christian learning and nurturing environment affordable for children ranging from birth to 3 years old @ 549 Newtown Road, Virginia Beach, VA. We are open Monday through Friday 6:00AM - 6:00PM. Our Father’s Daycare is intended for parents/guardians who desire to attain a strong Christian foundation for their children and agree with OFD’s implementation of its faith-based program. We are beyond excited to extend this aspect of our outreach ministry to the community. we offer a safe and nurturing learning environment that will advance your child’s spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth, and provide them the opportunity to be interactive, creative, and well-rounded children of God that will reflect Christian morals and values. In addition, O.F.D. will foster the development of language, communication, and interactive skills by applying appropriate and effective child-based activities that will enhance learning and socialization. OUR GOAL
At O.F.D. our goal is to fulfill the command in Proverbs 22:6 “to train our children up in the ways of the Lord so that when they grow old they shall not depart from them.” The emphasis at O.F.D. will be threefold; spiritual, educational, and behavioral. In addition to the standard child developmental learning requirements taught at non-faith based child care centers, O.F.D integrates a specially designed curriculum and the Bible to help develop your child spiritually, educationally, and morally so they can grow into the person God created them to be.
