This year’s Norbie Wilson Game to End Alzheimer’s between Cape Henry and FirstColonial High School will be dedicated to Doug Friske, longtime assistant coach for the FC baseball program and proud grandfather to former CHC pitcher Payton Friske and current Cape Henry player Bear Friske.

Congratulations to Collin Disher for earning 3rd chair for the bass trombone! Auditions were held at JMU on February 28 and the All-State Concert will be held in Richmond on April 16-18. Collin is the first member of the FC band since 2021 to earn this honor under the direction of Mr. Craig.
