“Imagine that you approached your birth with CONFIDENCE. You aren’t worrying about other’s opinions, because you have ALL of the facts that you need. You are EDUCATED enough to make your own INFORMED DECISIONS about your birth. Even though your labor may take some unexpected turns, you navigate it FLAWLESSLY because you are PREPARED. Even if you throw your ENTIRE birth plan out the window

during labor, you STILL birth WITHOUT REGRETS because nothing was forced upon you. EVERY decision made was YOURS!”

Not all prenatal chiropractic care is created equal.

Being Webster certified is a great starting point—but pregnancy care should be about more than a certification on the wall. It should be women-centered, individualized, and focused on how your entire body functions throughout pregnancy and birth.

In Episode 113, Dr. Alayna Clark and I dive into what quality prenatal chiropractic care actually looks like, how it can support comfort, baby positioning, movement, and birth preparation, and why every pregnant woman deserves providers who see more than just symptoms.

Because you aren’t just growing a baby. Your body is preparing for one of the biggest physiological events of your life.

Your baby isn’t just along for the ride during labor—they’re actively working too.

In Episode 113 of Made for Birth, I sit down with Dr. Alayna Clark, pregnancy chiropractor, to talk about what babies experience during labor, how they navigate the birth process, and why understanding their role can completely change the way you view birth.

This conversation is fascinating, empowering, and a beautiful reminder that birth is a partnership between mother and baby.

As a late-diagnosed ADHD mom raising multiple ADHD kids, this conversation was exactly what I needed.

We tend to think of ADHD as an attention problem. But what if it’s so much more complex than that?

In Episode 112, neurodevelopment specialist Emily Roper helped me understand ADHD through a completely different lens—one that connects development, sensory processing, nervous system regulation, and how the brain adapts from the very beginning.

I found myself reflecting on my own births, my children’s births, and the potential cascade of events that may have influenced how our family functions today.

More importantly, I walked away with a deeper understanding of how to support my neurodivergent brain and my neurodivergent kids.

This episode didn’t leave me feeling helpless.

It left me feeling hopeful.

🎙️ Episode 112 dropped this week. Trust me—you’ll never look at ADHD the same way again.

What if your child isn’t being difficult?

What if they’re struggling with regulation, sensory processing, attention, or nervous system challenges that nobody has recognized yet?

In Episode 112, I sit down with neurodevelopment specialist Emily Roper to talk about the signs in children that are often overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood.

This conversation will have you looking at childhood behavior through a completely different lens.

Because sometimes the issue isn’t discipline.

Sometimes it’s development.

One of the most complex things we will ever do in life is transition from womb to earth. Emily with Emily Roper does such a great job explaining this in episode 112!

Everyone talks about the “risks” of VBAC.

Almost no one talks about the risks of the interventions routinely used to prevent it.

Culture has convinced women that VBAC is dangerous. The evidence tells a much more nuanced story.

As Dr. Stu says: if you’re choosing a hospital birth, you need to know what you’re getting into—not just what you’re being told.

🎙️ Listen to Episode 111 of the Made for Birth Podcast with Dr. Stu Fischbein and learn what every VBAC mom deserves to know.
