TFTD: Faithfulness is sticking with God and His word no matter what happens in your life. Don't blame God if you're going through a hard time, if you've lost someone close to you, if you're sick, or in a financial bind. It's the enemy who comes to kill, steal, and destroy. God is love, and love never fails. Choose to trust God; He sees the big picture. We aren't supposed to only be faithful to God when things are going our way. When we have the attitude that we'll serve Him no matter what, then I think that's when He can move. Make a commitment to follow Him and then back it with your life. ~Marsha

TFTD: I was singing along to the song "Nobody" and thought "wait a minute." I understand what the author is saying, but if we've been saved, we're a child of The King! That means we're not a nobody. We're joint heirs with Jesus. Our Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills. We're loved. We've been saved and forgiven. God cares about us. He even knows how many hairs are on our heads. We have thousands of promises in God's word that have already been given to us. We have angels that we can commission just by speaking. Heck, satan himself has to leave us alone when we command him to in the name of Jesus. We have authority. We've been healed and delivered. We're loved by the creator of the universe. We have the Holy Spirit living inside us. That means the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us. Does that sound like a nobody? No! We're God's children. It's time to act like it! ~Marsha

TFTD: If we've been healed from a sickness or delivered from an addiction, do we stay quiet about it? If we've been rescued we need to share the good news. Not only can our story encourage someone else to persevere and overcome their situation, but it will strengthen us too. It reminds me of a song we used to sing at VBS, "This little light of mine. I'm gonna let it shine... Hide it under a bushel, No! I'm gonna let it shine." As Christians, we're supposed to be the light in this dark world. We need to shine so others will find the way. Are you lighting the way, or have you conformed to the world? Is anyone going to find Jesus because of your shining light? ~Marsha

WWAW: "The caller is the keeper." I heard a pastor say that phrase last week, and it just went in one ear and out the other. Until yesterday when I was fretting about my future and I heard it again. "The caller is the keeper.” When God calls us, He's going to keep us along the way. The doors He opens He will sustain. We won’t have to do it in our own strength. Psalm 55:22 says, “Cast your cares upon Him and He'll sustain you." Sometimes the casting is harder than we’d like to admit. Give it all over to Jesus again today and let Him sustain you. He’s much stronger than any of us. ~Austin Wade

TFTD: Kevin had a great message last nite. One thing he mentioned that I hadn't thought of before is found in Genesis 1:26, "Then God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image...let them have dominion over the fish of the sea...and over every creeping thing.'" God wasn't just talking about how we look, but about our authority on Earth! I told Kevin that was going to change my house. I can command those evil spider crickets to get. God said every creeping thing and they're sure creepy 😉 I encourage you to come out on Mondays and listen to Kevin. He's doing an awesome job. If you can't make it out, you can listen to him on Cowboy Junction's FB page. You'll be glad you did! ~Marsha

TFTD: Ignoring problems doesn't make them go away. In fact, they'll probably get worse because they haven't been dealt with. Then, if you turn to drugs, alcohol, food, or some other addiction, you've increased the problem. Instead of giving up, turn to God. Seek His help because He is faithful. Trust His promises. He's not a liar. He will never let you down. He is the God of hope. He is the God of 2nd, 3rd, or 50th chances. As long as you're still breathing and as long as you keep getting up, there's hope. Then when you get delivered, you'll be able to point someone else to the God of hope. He will turn your mess into a message! ~Marsha

TFTD: The devil wants to keep you depressed and full of self doubt. He doesn't want you to find strength and power in God's word. For every negative thing you say, God says the opposite. You need to study His word to find the answers you need. For instance, when you say, "It's impossible" God says, "All things are possible" (Luke 18:27). When you say, "I'm too tired" God says, "I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28-30). When you say, "Nobody loves me" God says, "I love you" (John 3:16). Whatever you have need of, you'll find the answer, but are you searching in the right place? You won't find it in a bottle, drugs, or another person. You'll only find The Answer in God's word. ~Marsha
