Say hello to Kat Ashby Kat Ashby , principal Broker/Realtor at Root Quest Realty LLC.

“I got licensed to sell my own townhome and never planned on this being a career, but family called, then friends, and now it’s a business built almost entirely on referrals. I’d rather help someone make a smart decision than a fast one, because lifelong relationships matter a lot more to me than a quick buck. I really believe that if you take extra good care of people, your business will thrive.

I joined UVHBA because I wanted to know more people in the industry. The more I understand about how these homes actually get built, the better my answers are when a client asks. Being able to get Parade of Homes tickets for my clients this year was a nice bonus. Going forward I just want to keep meeting local businesses and learning who does good work.”

We are a locally owned and operated full service, residential and commercial, glass repair and replace shop. I was born and raised in Utah County and this is where we raised our four children, and the only place we want to establish our business.
