Meet Jensen Paterson, owner of PremierGarage

“I grew up in Canada, spending much of my time in the mountains hiking, camping, and riding bikes. Nearly 20 years ago I moved to Utah, where I’ve continued to enjoy the incredible outdoor opportunities, the state has to offer—from off-roading to mountain biking. My wife, kids, and I love exploring and camping throughout Utah’s mountains and deserts. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a home inspector, giving me the opportunity to collaborate with many wonderful clients and professionals. In 2025, I acquired PremierGarage/Tailored Closet, where my team and I design, build, and install functional, beautiful spaces—from custom garage cabinets to in-home closets and organizational systems. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the carefully curated spaces we create. We’re fortunate to work with exceptional clients who truly love the transformations we deliver.

The UVHBA has a great way to get more involved in the construction fields. I have been able to connect with other great professionals who share similar values as myself! I enjoy the monthly meetings and events, these are great ways to make connections.”

Meet Casey Cloward, owner of Raykon Construction and uvhba member for over 15 years!

Casey is a third-generation General Contractor. From his youth he has been around job sites learning and mastering the characteristics of implementing the equation hard work = great results. He received his BS in Construction Management from BYU in 2006 after also serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Monterrey, Mexico. Upon graduation he worked for Mercedes Homes in Port St. Lucie, Florida and for M-13 Construction as a superintendent. In 2008, he founded Raykon Construction literally with his own two hands as he began as a woodworker and cabinet builder. An avid baseball fan, Casey played catcher for the BYU baseball team in 2000 and 2003-05 along with several other great teams. In his spare time, he enjoys pickleball, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife Amberlee and four children: Talon, Trigg, Rosalyn, and Remi.

“I LOVE the UVHBA! There is no way I would be where I’m at without this organization. There is something to be said about being in a bigger collection of people to have common goals and interests. We are the HOME BUILDERS, and we can network, collaborate, and heavily influence the direction of our local industry. The UVHBA offers that structure for us to be involved in the community and in the construction industry. I am a huge proponent of the NAHB Builder 20 program and have been a member since 2017. I hope to be able to leave an impression on the younger builders. I would love to motivate any young builder to be involved in the association and to help lead our industry to a higher level than it currently is. We have the BEST Parade of Homes in the country (Proven by the awards received). Including 2025, we have been in the parade of homes for 14 years and we have showcased 23 homes throughout those years. It’s been an amazing opportunity for me to join as a young builder and to utilize the benefits offered by the UVHBA. I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone wanting to be involved.”
