is looking for youth programming interns to join their team!

☀️This internship will provide experience and supervision working children ages 3-14 in a camp setting.

☀️Interns will learn how to plan programs, develop curriculum, manage groups of children at different developmental stages, set clear limits, and provide logical consequences as well as how to implement and teach conflict resolution skills.

☀️The interns will also have the opportunity to work under the supervision of highly qualified teachers providing them with regular and thoughtful feedback and the exposure to the many career opportunities available in the field of education.

⭐️Interns will take visitors through Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and across the island, sharing the powerful stories behind the plaques that mark significant historical sites.

⭐️In this hands-on program, the participants will develop public speaking, storytelling, and leadership skills while deepening their understanding of African American history and cultural preservation.
