Music Class was so fun today! We sang songs, danced around the classroom, played with streamers and passed instruments!
We respect each child’s play as being their “work”. Each classrooms pace is not hurried or rushed. Teachers support the children in making choices independently.
Our goal at First Light Child Development Center is to enrich the lives of children, their families and the community we all live in by empowering the children in supportive ways and fostering a positive sense of self. Above all else, we respect the child as an active learner, making sense of the world around them and help them to;
· Feel good about his/her self
· Develop self control and learn
