It was a truly blessed morning spent at Russo’s Fruit & Vegetable Farm, Inc. picking apples and pumpkins, sipping yummy apple cider, and feasting on delicious apple cider donuts!!!! The kids also had a blast playing on the big spider web and finding their way through the corn maze!!!

We are celebrating the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF YEAR in July!!!! Feel free to wear anything Christmas 🎄 for Christmas Eve (Thursday ) in July and Christmas Day (Friday) in July!!!!

This Week’s theme: Going on a bear 🐻 hunt 🐻
The eight species of bear are:
Polar (biggest)
Brown Bear (they have a hump of muscle on their back)
American Black Bear (they live in our forest)
The Giant Panda (🐼 lives in China and eats bamboo)
The Sloth Bear (sounds like a vacuum cleaner when eating)
The Spectacled Bear (looks like he’s wearing glasses and enjoys eating fruit)
The Asiatic Black Bear (he”s known as the “Trouble Maker,” and can be a nuisance to local farmers, because he goes after their livestock)
The Sun Bear (smallest bear and loves to eat honey… hence his nickname… The Honey Bear 🍯 )

Next week’s theme: Under the Stars/Outerspace and the little ones will also have an emphasis on Colors

Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17th, Shamong Twp. Schools will be running on a 2-hour delay. See the picture below.

A Child's Place will be opening at 8:00am due to the extreme low temperatures overnight and the potential for dangerous icey road conditions. Also, this will allow us ample time to salt our parking lot and sidewalks as well as give our staff the extra time they need to arrive to work safely.

To our families, please be careful during your morning travels‼️
