Little Alice Learning Center

Vincennes Township Fire Department visited Little Alice Learning Center on Wednesday!

We learned how to be safe if there's a fire and we got to sit in the fire truck and spray the fire hose! Then, Sparky and Smokey came in to say hi.

It was so much fun!

Does your family have a safe meeting place?

There’s still time to become a Little Alice!

A limited number of seats remain available for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds at Little Alice Learning Center for the 2026–2027 school year!

Through hands-on activities and purposeful play, children explore, build friendships, gain independence, and develop academic, social, and emotional skills that prepare them for the classroom.

Our licensed pre-k program offers:
• Indiana-licensed teachers and highly qualified classroom assistants.
• Daily opportunities to explore music, art, literacy, math, STEM, and dramatic play.
• Hours of 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, following the VCSC school calendar.

We also accept Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) and On My Way Pre-K vouchers.

Get enrolled today! Call 812-882-2339 or stop by 2010 College Avenue in Vincennes.

Homecoming Week brought some special visitors to Little Alice Learning Center on Monday!

Members of the Vincennes Lincoln Football team stopped by to spend time with our Little Alices. Our students loved meeting the players, sharing a few smiles and welcoming some of the “big Alices” to their school!

Thank you to the players for helping make Homecoming Week extra special for our youngest students.

ATTENTION VCSC FAMILIES:

Our technology provider, AME, has experienced a ransomware attack from one of their customers.

Out of an abundance of caution, the Vincennes Community School Corporation is temporarily shutting down its servers. As a result, phone and internet service at all VCSC buildings will be unavailable.

Nothing at VCSC has been compromised. This action is being taken strictly as a precaution while our technology provider addresses the situation.

We will provide an update as soon as services have been restored.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
