Vincennes University offers a 2 year Associates of Science degree in each Surveying Technology and Surveying Technology, Civil Drafting/CAD Concentration, as well as a Technology Baccalaureate Degree with a Surveying Management Concentration. Students who complete our degrees, in addition to fulfilling the necessary years of work experience, earn the course credits required by the State of Indiana

to become a professionally registered surveyor. Vincennes University is currently the only university in Indiana that offers a degree in Surveying Technology. In recent years, the surveying profession has experienced great growth but the number of technicians entering the field, as well as becoming licensed, has not. As a result, career opportunities for graduates of our surveying program are abundant!

This summer, June 3-5, we will be running our 5th annual Vincennes University Surveying Summer Camp. As has always been our goal, we aim to provide a curated experience of both what it’s like to work in surveying and what it’s like to attend a college campus. We are able to provide campers with extensive and meaningful hands-on experience and one-one-one interactions with surveying professionals.
