True news… in 2023! 😊

As much as we would LOVE to receive another large grant, unfortunately, that simply isn’t happening in the current climate.

Carter Stanley worked tirelessly for two years to secure this grant for IVC, which we received in 2023 and used toward our expansion. The funding helped make possible groundwork, landscaping, a storage shed, new furniture for both of our classrooms, and so much more!

So, while we would absolutely love for this to be true again, it’s not. It’s not fake news—it’s just old news! 😉

We are incredibly grateful for the support we received in 2023 and for everyone who continues to support IVC today. ❤️

Boy, have we been enjoying the beautiful fall weather this September! 🍂🍁

We’ve been spending lots of time outdoors, learning new skills, taking safe risks, exploring our surroundings, and—most importantly—having SO much fun! 💛

There’s something special about learning through play and giving children the freedom to explore, discover, and build confidence in the great outdoors. 🛝🌳🍃

We’re soaking up every bit of this beautiful season! 🍂

📣 IVC NEEDS YOUR HELP! 📣

We’re looking for a few individuals who would be willing to work at the concessions or make snacks and bake goodies for our upcoming fundraiser.

Our board and staff are a small but dedicated group, and we truly appreciate every person who is willing to lend a hand. ❤️

Whether you can bake a batch of goodies, donate snacks, or spend some time helping at the concessions, every bit of support makes a difference!

Thank you for continuing to support Island Village Childcare! 🩷
