Pasta, amore, & a little Italian magic! 🇮🇹🍝

A huge thank you to Napoletano Brothers for joining us yesterday for a hands-on pasta-making class! We had so much fun learning the art of making fresh pasta from scratch and bringing a little taste of Italy to campus.

We’re looking forward to another session today in Table 1842!

Fall Break is almost here and we’ve got some delicious menus and events happening all week long to help you get ready! 🍂

☕️ Stop by Local Grounds to try their seasonal menu, including a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte and other house-crafted specialties.

🥨 Tomorrow at Café Nova: Pretzel Fest! Enjoy fresh soft pretzels and b**r cheese from Bowl’d during lunch, while supplies last.

🍤 Tuesday at Table 1842: Chef Adam from The Inn at Villanova University is back for a guest chef takeover featuring surf & turf. Reservations open at midnight tonight.

🍝 Wednesday & Thursday at Table 1842: Napoletano Brothers returns with their famous Parmesan cheese wheel. Reservations open at midnight on the day of your reservation.

🥞 Thursday at Dougherty: A specialty breakfast-for-dinner spread!

A look inside Table 1842 🍽️

Yesterday, we officially welcomed Table 1842 to our Cabrini Campus! Designed to bring students a restaurant-style dining experience, this space creates an opportunity to gather, share a meal, and discover new flavors together.

Opening week features a chef-curated seasonal menu, giving students their first taste of what Table 1842 has to offer. With rotating menus throughout the year, each week will bring something new to the table.

We’re excited for all the connections, conversations, and shared meals to come as Table 1842 brings “Unity Through Flavor” to life!

Welcome back, here’s what’s happening this week in Dining!

Starting tonight, Cascia Hall is the new late-night hub on Cabrini Campus. Menu Maker will now be serving your late-night favorites from 8–11 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. La Cocina also makes its way to Menu Maker beginning tonight at 5 p.m.

Tomorrow, celebrate 1842 Day with the Blue ‘42, a blue raspberry lemonade available all week at Local Grounds!

We also welcome Table 1842 to Bellesini Hall, with reservations opening tonight at midnight. Visit the link in our bio for more info about Table 1842.

Plus, Oktoberfest Dinner is happening Thursday at all dining halls.

What better day to visit Table 1842 than 1842 Day? Tomorrow, we officially welcome Table 1842 to Bellesini Hall! Table 1842 brings a restaurant-style dining experience to campus, with rotating menus served family-style. Open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday, reservations are available through Grubhub for groups of 2, 4, or 6.

To kick off opening week, our culinary team has created a special Harvest Table menu showcasing the flavors of the autumn season. 🍂 Visit the links in our bio to view the full menu and find answers to your FAQs.

Late Night is moving to Cascia Hall!

Starting Monday, September 28, Late Night is moving from Bellesini to Menu Maker, making Cascia the new Late Night hub on Cabrini Campus. Menu Maker will serve a Late Night menu Sunday–Thursday from 8–11 PM, while Local Grounds and Common Market will continue daily service until 1 AM.

Enjoy favorites like chicken fingers & fries, mac & cheese, and mozzarella sticks, plus exclusive new options.

And there’s more! La Cocina is coming to Menu Maker, Sunday–Thursday from 5–11 PM. It’s back by popular demand, thanks to your feedback!

Welcome back to VDTV!

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with us this Wednesday, September 23, at Donahue, Dougherty, St. Mary’s, and Bellesini Dining Halls. Enjoy paella, Cuban sandwiches, flan, and more as we celebrate the diverse culinary traditions of Hispanic cultures. 🍮🥘

Plus, pumpkin spice drinks have arrived at our We Proudly Serve Starbucks locations, and seasonal treats are popping up at Holy Grounds and C-Stores across campus! 🍂

In preparation for tomorrow’s St. Thomas of Villanova Day of Service, please note the following adjustments:

• Seating in Dougherty Dining Hall may be limited throughout the day on Friday as the space is used to prepare lunches.

• Donahue Court will open for breakfast at 9 AM on Saturday to support the Day of Service send-off.

Each year, the Villanova community comes together to serve local communities throughout Greater Philadelphia. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers helping pack lunches today and to everyone participating in tomorrow’s Day of Service!
