Villanova University Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter

In honor of Mother’s Day, here’s a flashback to our birdhouse painting event! Students and members of the Villanova Community came out and celebrated spring and prepared for Mother’s Day by painting/decorating birdhouses and munching on some yummy snacks. Thanks to everyone who came out, we reached our $5,000 fundraising goal for our matching grant with State Farm!! We are so grateful for all of the students, staff, and community members who supported us over the past year, and we can’t wait to see you all again in the fall!!

Hi habitat friends! On Sunday, March 31st we will be partnering with the Graduate Student Council to run our first ever 5K to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity! All proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties. The run begins at noon, and check in/ registration will begin at 11AM. Tickets can be be purchased at our table in the Connolly Center this Friday (3/29) from 9-2 or using the link below. We hope to see you all there!!

Our team had a great time volunteering at Montgomery County's ReStore last Saturday! While there, we helped process donations, move new merchandise out onto the sales floor, and aid customers with their purchases!

When people think of Habitat for Humanity, they usually think of participating in build trips where you physically help to build a home. However, there are so many other opportunities to get involved with Habitat, such as volunteering at the ReStore, which is a home improvement store and donation center.

Hey there Nova Nation!! VU's chapter of Habitat for Humanity is running a trip to Montgomery County's ReStore on Saturday, November 11th! If you had an awesome experience on a Habitat break trip this fall, this is an excellent opportunity to keep that going and get involved closer to campus.
