Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies was honored to conclude our final spring semester visit at the Community College of Philadelphia Veteran Resource Center with Director Christina Kinlaw.
Over the course of six monthly visits, Villanova CPS had the privilege of connecting with CCP student veterans through conversations centered on educational pathways, identity development, transition support and the many resources available to military-connected learners. We also enjoyed opportunities to bring together CCP and Villanova student veterans through campus visits and engagement with Villanova’s Office of Veterans & Military Service Members.
As we wished students good luck on finals, we reflected on the meaningful relationships and community built throughout the semester. We are grateful for the partnership with CCP’s Veteran Resource Center and look forward to continuing our visits again this fall.

Kyra Gayle proudly attended the Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Day at the U.S. Capitol as a volunteer Team Leader, where she had the opportunity to connect with Clarence Dingman, a Villanova alumnus and Army Veteran.
Clarence previously completed one of Villanova’s Professional Education courses in Project Management and continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership in his current role as President of Military and Aerospace Markets at PingWind.
It was inspiring to connect with a fellow military-connected leader whose professional journey reflects the impact of continued education, leadership development, and service beyond the military.
