It can be tough supporting your mental health while you’re so busy juggling school work. Just know, there are people who can and want to help you at Villanova’s campus. You don’t need to deal with it alone.

The way you study can sometimes be more helpful than the amount of time you study. Find what works for you, and keep at it!
