Days 2 and 3 have been busy with working on stress with chair yoga, exercise, mindful breathing, health screenings for vision, BMI, BP, and more healthy eating tips. We are enjoying the scenery and culture and working with the great staff, teachers, and other volunteers here. We were treated to a lovely dinner at Brother Dale's home cooked by our new friends from Notre Dame University.
