I opened Dunn Right Home Daycare after working in a childcare center for 15 years. During that time I worked full time, went to College of DuPage part time. I received a Associates in Applied Science in Child Growth and Development in 1997. I took on the challenge of opening my own daycare in June of 2004. We have adapted to the different age groups, and as the children grow make changes as needed

. I feel very blessed to have the love, support, and care of my family as I started this new adventure. I never realized how the children and their families would forever change my life. So many have become not just clients, but friends as well. I feel that this friendship, is what makes a difference between child care centers and Home based child care.

Sometimes it’s the everyday conversation that bring on the biggest learning opportunity.
