Officer Butler visited the Montessori today in honor of National Police Week.

Police Week was established by President John F Kennedy in 1962 by presidential proclamation. It is both a time to remember the fallen and to celebrate those that continue to serve with integrity, bravery and dedication every day.

As all of the qualities of concentration, independence and responsibilities come to fruition with our Montessori kindergarteners. They are at the same time finding their own great successes in their works and helping younger peers gives them positive self-concept.
